AAAAdvantage - carmoves.com - Auto transport ripoff Ebay car buyers do not use AAAAdvantage company Tempe Arizona
In april of 2006, i purchased a 1981 corvette in Arizona from a EBAY auction. In clean Mint condition. I researched Car transport companies and chose AAAAdvantage . located in TEMP Arizona. Their price was good and they bull crap you on the phone about how thet use their own transport trucks ETC. I sent them the total amount of the transport in full. About 1500 dollars. First mistake. After the demanded contract was signed and they had my money. It took them 2 to even pick up my car from the seller. And because they had no transport to get my car and i complained that i was going to cancel the contract. They picked up my car and stored it in the sun on their lot for 2 more weeks and refused all my messages and requests on my cars location.
1 week later ,I finally received my car from a totally different transport company, located in New Jersey called Powder mill towing. The driver indicated to me that the roof was cracked on my original 1981 T-top and the company would Pay. I called Scott Wilcox at AAAADnatage and he stated they would file my report. One week Later i received a letter stating that they refused to pay, because it could of happened when the car was parked in their storage yard. What a ripp-off. I have contacted the attorney General in Arizona and he has sent them a complaint. I have filed an insurance greivance against their NY based insurance company, Called the Dorfman Agency. Because they refused to submit the claim, without approval of AAAAdvantage. A local Judge stated they are lible and to hire a Attorney in Arizona against them. Please do not hire them , for anything they are a ripp-off transport company
