to everyone out there that is in need of a car.

I bought vehichle from this place. I test drove it and noticed that the brakes were soft and that the check engine light was on. I told the salesman about it and he told me that it was no problem and that it would be taken care of. I was led to believe that these problems would be totally resolved. I bought the vehicle and left with the understanding that he and the manager on duty would hold to their word. Boy, was I wrong.

Two days later I made arrangements for the truck to be put in the shop to have these problems fixed. That afternoon I called the salesman to find out what they had found out . He told me that the check engine light was resolved and no longer on and that the pads were bad and that they had changed them.

I left work in my vehicle and the check engine light came back on and the brakes went to the floor. Scared me to death. I did not think I was going to stop and almost hit another vehicle due to brake failure.

I called the dealership to speak with the manager. He would not talk to me. He put the saleman on the phone with me. I explained to him what had happened. He accused me of doing something to the truck. I was shocked and could not believe what he had said. I tried to speak to the manager again. As of this day I have not spoke with the manager yet.

I went and had estimates for the truck. There is a vaccum leak and the master cylinder has to be replaced. The cost to have both fixed is going to be over 600.00. The supposed warranty that I paid for does not cover either one of these items.

The promises and now lies have cost me more money than I can afford. I went in thinking these people would honor their word. Do not get ripped off!!!!! I now have to either fix the problems or give the truck back knowing that I will suffer. How can people do that.

I have been told that if I choose to give the truck back that they will start automatic garnishment proceedings and prosecute me to the law. I am single, and barely make ends meet as it is. I can not even trade the vehicle for another one else where. I was told that I had to owe less than 500.00 on the truck before I can do that or they will not release the title on the truck. I do not know what to do now. I have already had one break down on the vehicle and still have to fix it!!!!!!!!!!
