AAFES.com sells many items, and many of these items are through online stores, such as Dell.com. I purchase many items through AAFES at the Dell store because I receive a good military rate and I am able to charge it on my AAFES card with a good percentage rate. I purchased a cell phone that I have always wanted with a 1 year replacement warranty, and then three months later I bought my wife a cell phone the same way. When I received my wifes phone, it was missing the additional memory, and the warranty contract (same one I did received with my Experia). After calling several times I finally receive the memory, but never have received the warranty verification. But I do have a receipt. When we go to the local store and ask for warrenty because the cell phones time falls behind everyday about 5 minutes. The Local store cannot help use because we ordered through their online store, AAFES.com. When we call the online store they cant help use because its a contract through Dell. When we call Dell, the have no record of the purchase and at the time I was currently deployed out of country on military orders and was unable to make anything happen, or make any phone calls. Now since then, my phone has been dropped under a moving Skidloader and we are at the same sinario, with the exception that my time is close to the end of the 1 year. None of the stores are willing to help and by the time if/I do get something resoloved, I'm sure I'll hear the story that my time has expired.
