AALLC/Equinox Financial Management Solutions Fraudulent debt collection attempt over $6000 Ripoff Des Plains Illinois
Out of the blue I got a collection letter stating I owed a company called AALLC over $6000 and I should call a man called Richard. There was no machine or answer at the number and no explanation of what the debt was. I have no debts and in the past have been sent letters from other sham companies trying to do the same. After I did a web search I discovered this company AALLC has a history of doing this and is now trying to collect through a company called Equinox. The last company I knew of called Equinox was successfully sued for fraud by the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office.
