Aaron Ayers Attny Divorce Custody rip off Memphist, Tennessee
Aaron Ayers will take your money and do nothing for you in divorce case. My ex wife took my two daughters and left out of the state of tennessee with them. I retained Aaron Ayers to try and help me. I emailed Aaron repeatedly that my ex wife was simply moving out of state to be with a Domestic Batterer that she was having an affair with. Aaron told me that I should furnish pictures and recommended me hiring a detective, so i went out and hired two different detectives and furnished pictures of my ex with her new found lover that beat up his first wife. Mr Ayers still sat on his haunches, he became real cozy with my ex wife's attny and Aaron did not one thing to bring my children back to there home in Memphis. I subsequently fired him and he proceeds to send me an erroneous bill saying that I owe him an additional $6,000 dollars when he actually owed me over $3,000.00 from the balance of my retainer that was unused that he finally paid once my new attorney was able to do the simple math for him.

WHAT I SAID IS VERY TRUE AND HE KNOWS IT.. HE WILL TAKE A $3500 RETAINER FEE TO START YOUR CASE WHICH TO HIM MEANS SIT AND DO VERY LITTLE IF NOTHING, MAYBE MAKE A FEW CALLS TO THE OPPOSITION TO BUILD UP BILLING HOURS. IN THE END, HE OVERBILLED ME, AND WAS TRYING TO GET AN ADDITIONAL 3,000 DOLLARS OUT OF ME AND IN REALITY HE ENDED UP PAYING ME $6,000.00 WHICH HE PAID AFTER MY NEW ATTORNEY HELPED HIM WITH HIS FUZZY MATH.

This report contains false information. The person writing the report actually consented to his wife living in another state with the children and this became part of the voluntary settlement of the parties. In addition, a substantial amount of work was performed for this client.
