WHAT I SAID IS VERY TRUE AND HE KNOWS IT.. HE WILL TAKE A $3500 RETAINER FEE TO START YOUR CASE WHICH TO HIM MEANS SIT AND DO VERY LITTLE IF NOTHING, MAYBE MAKE A FEW CALLS TO THE OPPOSITION TO BUILD UP BILLING HOURS. IN THE END, HE OVERBILLED ME, AND WAS TRYING TO GET AN ADDITIONAL 3,000 DOLLARS OUT OF ME AND IN REALITY HE ENDED UP PAYING ME $6,000.00 WHICH HE PAID AFTER MY NEW ATTORNEY HELPED HIM WITH HIS FUZZY MATH.

This report contains false information. The person writing the report actually consented to his wife living in another state with the children and this became part of the voluntary settlement of the parties. In addition, a substantial amount of work was performed for this client.
Every effort is made to ensure a client's complete satisfaction. Work is performed in a diligent, professional manner. Mr. Ayers has a PERFECT ethical record. However, as is true in all businesses, you cannot please everyone. There are literally hundreds of satisfied clients located throughout the U.S. and in several foreign countries that have been served by my office. A substantial amount of business comes from referrals from clients who are pleased with the results of the representation. More information about my firm can be located at www.aayerslawfirm.com
