Complaint Review: Aaron Jared McCabe Dallas Elder Roper Restoration - Queen Creek Arizona

I can and many others from the White Mountian of Arizona can confirm that Jared McCabe is a dishonest bussiness owner. Jared McCabe use to live in Snow Flake AZ. He had a restoration company called M & M Cleaning. I can tell you that Jared hired several indeviduals who he sent to Texas to perform Huricane work. These individuals paid for there own living expence while in TX. They were not paid the full amount for the work they performed nor reinbursed for living expence. On top of this Jared hired me to perform a dry out in Overgaard, i completed the job, jared made excussed about not being able to get the cleck cashed. Jared Soon after fled the mountain and returned to the valley. Durrning his trip to TX he borrowed two Dehumidifiersto perform"local work". The Dehumidifiersper Jareds ex parter were sent to TX and never seen again. I do not know the spacifics but i know that in the end ofM and M cleaningJared took on new partners-investors and took thier moneywith him when he fled the mountain.If need toi canfind out who the partners where and ask if i can putthere contact information on this site. I can also supply names and numbers of the workers in TX.

We will be filing a complaint with the Arizona Register of Contractors, with work oder numbers and photo's as evidence.  At least one of us kept good records of the work he did and did not depend on Jared or you being honest in his dealings.  Dallas you were not even around when we were working with your brother.  He told us the eveything was logged into his computer and that we could check anytime we wanted to look. We could even follow the payments as they came in.. One of us saddly took Jared at his word. He is a crook and a lier.  As for work, I have more work than I can handle. Unlike you two theives, I pay my subcontractor's. I don't collect the money then try to make people prove they did the work.  I work with my subs on a handshake. I honor my commitments and if there is a problem, we sit down and work things out fairly and honestly. This is not about the money for me.  Although I will get every dime you two crooks owe me or have Jared's licensed jerked. The only reason I didn't file a complaint with the registor last year was Roper Restoration didn't have a licence.  Believe me I checked.  My advice to you, is that you get right with things.  Pay what is owed to people that busted there tails for you two. These people would leave at 2:00am and drive this whole state doing clean-ups and all sorts of things for you two crooks. You two were the cause of alot of grief and heartache to frends and neighbors. You can write all the lies you want about me, call me names or whatever. I sleep sound at night knowing I have been fair to my fellowman.  Can you?  You need to get right with the man above.  I will tell you Dallas with as much feeling as I can, your reputation means everything in this life.  I will tell you, that you and your brother's reputation is catching up with you.  I know of things Jared has done to get work.  Don't end up behind bars.  There was only one person that has kept me from following through with what I'm going to do.  I respect him greatly. He is an honorable man unlike you two.  I have honored his wishes.  He has now given me the go ahead.  You better get into Jared's computer and figure this out fast.  Just remember, Jared is a lier.  You know that to be true because you are his half brother.   I will report this debt satisfied when you pay what is honestly owed.  I won't tell you the work order numbers, but you will find out with the complaint with the register.  This way I will know, if you try to leave anything out.  Again, get right with people....  

This is false blatant lie. Roper Restoration has been licensed prior to becoming Roper Restoration. The gentleman that wrote this has no evidence of non-payment of any work completed. We are still working with the mortgage companies for property preservation. If we did not pay are subs or are bills we would not be receiving new work from them. The best part of the the original report was "men desperate for work" It is not are fault this gentleman had a failed roofing business do to poor work and fraud. We have an outstanding relationship with the ROC from past and current license we have hold. All subs have been paid for work rendered. If money was still owed wouldn't an invoice with a job number or address be presented? We are not a bank and are not going to write a blank check. If it is owed we would pay. Have been successful for 15 years not having to work for anyone else as an employee. The volume in the original report speaks for it self. "a wannabe steer roper" it is a sport i love to do and am pretty good at it. It is not my fault you are overweight and cannot ride a horse. The Names in the original report are not even correct. This tells you that Chris is the liar. A failed roofing contractor. I'm sorry your roofing scam got shut down. Learn to be honest. Honest people continue to get the work. False accusations have to be proven. You threatened with an attorney and that failed.
