Aaron Transfer And Storage, OWNER: Grant Nichols BEWARE! Drunken Drivers Verbally Harass Clients! Euless Texas
The first set of people they sent out misjudged our load and ended up having to split up our stuff into 2 trucks. One arrived on time (although it was not packed well and it took them 13 hours to unpack due to all of their cigarette breaks). Then the driver of the 2nd truck called us at 11:30PM and demanded we take delivery of our stuff at 1AM! He was extremely drunk and every other word was a swear word. We hung up on him twice and he kept calling back - threatening to drop our stuff all over the freeway or taking it home to his own house, etc. Grant Nichols, the owner REFUSED to do anything about it and his whole attitude is like this occurs every day - deal with it. Horrible company to deal with regarding customer service.
