I cannot believe you posted this jibberish and to Robert you are a brave man for even trying to decipher this mumbo jumbo. Either learn how to save and buy what you want or pay your bills. I suggest you go back to school and learn how to spell!

Why are you writing Multiple Reports?
http://www.ripoffreport.com/employees/aaron-s-rental-purch/aaron-s-rental-purchase-sulton-3df39.htm
If you don't like the answers from your first posting, do you really think you are going to get different responses from posting again?
If you want to post a report that people are actually going to understand then please get someone else who is actually fluent in the english languge to post it.
But in trying to decipher what little I could, here is some advise that will probably help you. Pay your bills on-time. If you can't pay your bills on-time then return the items.

I'll try to make sense of your post and offer information.
1) Why are you filing another report. You've already posted this stuff in another report recently.
2) You were 6 months in. Aaron's contracts are either 12 or 18 months, so you really weren't almost paid off. Were they hassling you because you weren't making payments as/when you were supposed to?
3) You had until 1-1-10 to pay off but returned the merchandise on 11-1-10??? Hopefully this was just a typo or you were already 10 months behind in payments.
4) You were told your stereo was defective so you turned it in. Were the systems working for you? How would the store know they were defective if they were in your house? You would be telling the store if they were defective.
5) Yeah, if you don't pay they will call you and your references in an attempt to get their money or their property.
6) Exactly what legal standing do you think you have? Sounds like you couldn't make your payments and they were calling to get their money or property. It's allowed by law.
7) Aaron's does have a reinstatement policy. If you are back on your feet financially you can go into a store and resume your contracts. If the exact same merchandise is not available then they will give you some credit from past payments on new merchandise.
8) Aaron's is not responsible for nor the cause of your medical condition. Your relationship with them is purely business. You sign a contract to pay a certain amount on certain dates. If your medical condition is such that you can't stand to function in the real world then you need to appoint a power of attorney and stay home.
