Unless you think you are entitled to keep merchandise that you haven't paid for I wouldn't advise anyone to rent from Aaron's on Freedom Dr in Charlotte NC. If you are late and almost done paying your furniture, electronics, etc. off if you don't continue to pay on it they will try to take it. They will stalk you at work and home. They will come to your home before 7 am which is against the LAW, well at least I think it is against the law and I am such an expert. After all I think I should be able to pay the balance on my terms not the ones I made a legal agreement to. They will threaten you with jail, and everything else to get their money. Why would they do that, it is not like it is their property...oh wait it is. Well then that doesn't matter because Now people fall on hard times why would they try to so how dare they call the police on someone that is $500 away from paying off a $3000 debt as if they aren't going to pay it off. I mean it is not like I am $501 where they have every right to think I wouldn't pay. They want to get the their merchandise back to resell it if they won't accept anything towards the debt. CROOKS

for the rental to be paid on time..everytime..per the agreement YOU signed.
Have you managed to do that, or have you stiffed them numerous time
"Falling on hard times" is just an excuse, so YOU won't have to face the fact that it's YOUR responsibility that this happened.
How can Aarons be classed as "CROOKS" for wanting their money on time EVERY time?
If they called the police, it would be because they wanted their merchandise back and you in some way resisted. Notice the word "THEIR" above? It is THEIR merchandise until FULLY paid for, read your rental agreement.
Stop fighting the inevitable....DEADBEAT!

PAY YOUR BILLS, you deadbeat. It's NOT your merchandise, you are only RENTING it until you pay the agreed upon amount in full. And, it's NOT a DEBT, it is a RENTAL payment. HUGE difference. In NC it is NOT against the law for a RENTAL company to come to your house or call you at 7 am. You're confusing 3rd party creditors with a rental company.
To tell the truth, I would be banging on your doors 24/7, too, if you had MY merchandise and weren't paying for it. In fact, it doesn't matter how much you have paid so far, it's STILL their merchandise. And YES, if they take back their merchandise, they will, of course re-rent it. Wouldn't YOU ???? Of course you would. That is, unless you're a complete moron, which may, however, be the fact of this matter.

Stop renting to own things you clearly can't afford to purchase outright.
Aarons ain't no charity. They're a business, not a nice one, and they don't have to be.
Do you understand what a contract is? You took on an obligation and if you can't fulfill it you have to return the good.
They CAN be nasty. You HAVE to pay your debts. No law against nasty. Nobody said you had to shop there and no law entitles you to use the goods you can't pay in total for. PERIOD!
Lord almighty, what is it that customers of these clip joints can't understand?
