Brett from Aaron's called today and offered me either a refund or exchange on the defective merchandise. He is the district manager for this area. A real gentleman and very polite. Based on his contact I would have to say that Aaron's stands up to their hype and they certainly back their products. If you are having problems with Aaron's you can call the National Office at 1-404-231-0011. They will take your info and provide you with contact with the district manager. Brett took a very negative experience and went out of his way to provide a positive experience. I'm meeting him later today to either get my refund or try different -brand new- merchandise. Aaron's has become the scum of the Rent to Own business. They are even lower than Rent A Center. Anyone who rents from Aaron's has to be a complete fool. Save your money for a couple of months and BUY the stuff at a retail store.
