Thank you for telling this, I am from Rockdale, Texas. I was going to rent to own a laptop computer. As matter of fact two laptop computers. I applied for a rent to own application. I was blown away by the prices they showed me on their computer screen. I pray the founder of Aaron's rent to own will tackle the problems before the issues explode. I feel sorry for the hourly employees. They are the ones who have to bear the burden of the customer relations and employer demands. I was going to rent to own two laptops, these are low end laptops for home use. they wanted almost 2 grand for two laptops whereas I can buy a brand new one for 545 with free shipping. This is from HP. Their laptop has small amount of ram, HP has twice the amount of memory needed for what I need the computer for. I even went to Wal mart in Taylor Texas, They had a laptop for 398. That is right, $398.00. They want to charge 1200+ a year for one laptop. Please give me a break, where is the extra 900 dollars going. You have saved me tons of headache. Thank you for helping out the consumers. All consumers need to stand together while crooked companies flounder. Phill from Texas

Aaron's was once the elite of the rent-to-own business. Now they are nothing more than bottom feeders. They no longer respect their customers, and don't care about service. There are certainly other places to go...forget about Aaron's. You'll only have headache after headache.
