 I started a new lease agreement for a 55' inch RCA flat screen because ours was damaged in a storm. We were making about $93-98/ month payments for 2 whole years and just before the last payment was due, the TV shut off on its own and wouldn't turn back on. My husband got it to turn back on but it would continue to shut off by itself. I called Aaron's and said before I made my last payment I wanted them to take a look at it. They sent us a loaner, it took about 2 weeks to get back in. When they brought it back, they plugged it in and now you couldn't see the picture. It was taken back amd after about 3 weeks they told me they replaced it with another one. But the other one was used. I called and asked why was I getting a used TV when I paid $1800 for a brand new one. The manager said he replaced my TV with another one of the same kind amd time of my old one. I told him that didn't make any sense because how could be guarantee me this new TV wouldn't malfunction as well. He basically told me I got what I paid for. I pay $1800 for a malfunctioned new TV and get a used one for replacement. I will NEVER go back and will NOT refer anyone to them. They're crooks!
