On 1/27/09 Marc Allen from ABC Processing had come to my office to make his sales for credit card processing equipment & services. He told me that it was required for me to sign up for 48 months to lease the equipment, at that moment I needed to put in place the processing of credit cards for my small business. And I really did not think about the length of time and the cost of the lease, little did I know that the lease can not be cancelled. I learned it only when Daisy had fax me copies of the paperwork on 2/10/09 after requesting it several times. No wonder Marc did not wanted to leave me copies the day I signed the paperwork, because he knew I was going to go over it after he left my office and will realize the big rip off he was doing with his sales. And I would request a shorter time for the lease or taken a different action like cancel all agreements, since by law I have 3-7 days to review and cancel but since this was not the case, due to missing information provided to me by your sales person, doing the math 48 months @ $109 equals to $5232.00 plus tax. This is a big rip off.



Im a small small business Im not a big corporation and for someone like Marc to have taken advantage of me by putting me on a 48 month lease is a big scam.



I have been trying to negotiate with LFG to cancel the lease, but finally last week they told me that ABC processing is the only ones that can cancel the lease since they have been paid their fees up front and they would required to returned some of the fees already paid to ABC.





This is a nightmare, not he only made his sales for credit card equipement, but for check verification equipment that according to Mar I could cancel at any time.



I have sent an e-mail to Rick Berry the president of ABC processing and I have not had any  responds.



Since March 2009 I cancelled all services with them, but I'm still pending with the Lease equipment



If someone can help me with this matter. All I need is to cancel the lease and return the equipment.

After recently being made aware of this report I want to offer my apologies and I'm wondering if there is anything that I/we can do in any way to help you at this time? Although the context of this letter is similar to one other complaint filed also in 2009 and these 2 complaints are the only ones that we have filed against us and I'd like to rectify the situation(s) if at all possible. My name is Rick Berry and we have implemented a rigorous corporate overhaul which includes a heavy focus on customer service and satisfaction. I realize this issue is 4-5 years old now however as part of our corporate reinvention we are monitoring all of our accounts both past, present and future with the hope that our effort to provide an exemplary service experience makes a signifigant difference in how our present and future merchant-partners feel about us.
