1) Delay delivery of the shipment to the destination. Shipment picked up from Florida on 6/23/2014. I Called U-Pack on 6/27/2014 and 6/30/2014, they would not allocate our shipment not until they found out couple days later, our shipment was sent to their warehouse in Orange County, California. Since Los Angeles facility before delivering to us. Then the Los Angeles facility claimed they could not deliver to us till 7/7/2014. Therefore, there was an 8 days delay. We got our shipment 14 days after. During this time, without furniture and appliances, our family had to eat out, purchase air-mattresses, blankets, utensils, clothes, toiletries, etc. Besides, we could not operate our business from home due to lacking of equipment. However, ABF denied us contacting them on telling them the destination address in transit. 2) Deny responsibility of damaged shipment. Upon the shipment arrival, we found the shipment was damaged. Items were shifted from one side to another. Damage Claim Form was filed but had been denied any responsibility. They claimed it was the movers' fault! Nevertheless, the movers,Moving Staffers, were highly commanded by U-Pack. Moving Staffers is the worst unprofessional moving company and U-Pack should have never referred this company to anybody. Moving Staffers do not take any responsibilities of damages during transportation either.
