Destroyed faith in people

The complaints in this report were not dealt with. In fact I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and found out if a company does not wish to respond to certain issues and they are a member, the BBB just closes the case out administratively. Able did not even respond to the damage done to my property or the missing property. I ended up having to file another insurance claim with my insurance company for the damaged and the missing items. I would like to know how this was fair since Able was responsible for my possessions. Mr. Goshorn can say my house was a mess, which it was, because I was sorting through everything to get rid of things I no longer wanted or needed before I moved to my new house. I have witnesses who can attest to the way things were "packed" and the damage to my items. They know the condition of my property before this incident. I can even today show you clothes that are discolored because wet clothes were thrown in with dry clothes. I can show you the scratch in my heirloom quality brass footboard which cannot be repaired. I can assure you Mr. Goshorn would never accept anyone treating his property the way they treated mine.

You had better start checking the facts of a complaint report before you allow it to be flailed all over the interent. The complaintant has issues that have not been ignored but dealt with in the fairest ways possible. I will not use this space to derrogate or criticize her. She is being unreasonable and excessively critical. I believe this is a classic case of trying to take advantage of a situation. If anyone is interested in the truth, you mail email me @ [email protected] and I will give you a detailed explanation of the circumstances and send you photographs of the the complaintant's home before our work began and you can decide for yourself.
