We accepted a bid for 25 each Low Voltage Power Supplies, part number GPM 130E, from Abot Electronics at a cost of $100 per power supply. We confirmed with Abot the parts were in stock and were new, in stock and available for shipment:

We also requested a photographic confirmation of the product to be sure the correct power supply was being shipped, which was supplied by Abot:
Our engineer would like a photo of the parts just to confirm we are getting exactly what he needs.
Also, we would like to pay with credit card if that is agreeable and have the shipping charged to our Fedex account

On 3-5-2014, We received an invoice from Abot and were instructed to generate a wire transfer to their bank.
The wire transfer was completed from our bank to Abot's bank and confirmed by Abot on the same day:

On March 18th we received the shipment from Abot. We immediately recognized the wrong parts had been shipped.
We advised Abot the wrong parts were received via email:

You have sent the wrong part.
We ordered 25 GPM 130 E Low Voltage Power Supplies
We received 10 rolls, 5000 pieces of some type of semiconductor component
Photos of the items received were sent along with the email to alert Abot there had been a mistake
From that point forward totoday 3-25-2014 we have not had any resolution from Abot. They even went so far as to blame FedEx for delivering the wrong package. Totally Bogus Response
Abot Electronics Company LTD are CROOKS. They quote parts they do not have. They invoice parts they cannot ship, They accept payment only by wire transfer or Western Union so there is no recourse to recover the funds when their fraud is discovered.
Do Not do business with Abot Electronics. These people have no honor. They are dishonest, lying thieving criminals who will cheat you and act like it's not their problem.
