Above and Beyond Salon The owner is very false with her advertising and Facebook reviews. She is very disrespectful using profanity towards me when confronted about her work. Toledo Ohio
The company Above and Beyond Salon is very well known on Facebook. The salon is located in Toledo Ohio. I was excited about getting my hair done from all the reviews on Facebook. When I got there and she saw the length of my hair the owner stated it will be more for me. I told her that is not what is advertised on Facebook or styleseat. She begin to get a attitude saying well I'm telling u now either u pay the price or we can't help you. I told her she was not showing good customer service as a owner and I will make a review online. She laughed and told me nobody will see it. I went to Facebook made a review and she had it taken down. This salon doesn't allow anybody to post negative reviews about them on Facebook which are true. Another customers wasn't happy with her service posted it on Facebook they took that down. I noticed that there 5 star rating on Facebook is fake. The only reason they have that rating us through friends and relatives giving them 5 star reviews and not saying nothing. Most of the reviews come from friends and relatives who have not even got a service done from the salon. People beware of this fake advertising it's all fake. The 5 star rating is bogus there not real reviews. I think Facebook shouldn't allow company's to take down negative reviews.
