I have two letters from them with Norman G. Kalina, Esq. Even a stamped signature on one letter. I HAD two messages that were accidentally erased by my daughter, but at least I still have the letters. As a matter of fact, I phoned Mr. Kalina once again yesterday and I got the same response as I mentioned in my report. I haven't heard from this "law firm" all week. I'm waiting on a response from my certified letter I sent earlier this week. You should read the other stories on this company. It's quite interesting. Thanks for the suggestion though!

I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY AT LAW. THIS IS NOT MEANT AS AS SUBSTITUTE FOR LEGAL ADVICE. IN ORDER TO GET LEGAL ADVICE, YOU NEED TO CONSULT WITH AN INDIVIDUAL WHO IS LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN YOUR STATE. CHECK THEIR CREDENTIALS WITH YOUR STATE BAR ASSOCIATION. If these people are claiming to be lawyers and they sent you correspondence or you have a recording of them claiming to be lawyers, you can report them to the New Jersey Bar Association and watch the fun begin! You will have to have documentable proof, however! A Video tape would work OK too. Got it? SHOWTIME! They will learn what misery is when the Bar Association starts climbing their trees and they might even get prison or state jail felony time which is what they deserve for impersonating an attorney at law..
