ACAI ADVANCE Sera ACAI trial means nothing. Portland, Maine
I signed up for a trial offer from ACAI Advance on some repair creams. I called before trial period was up to cancel. Received a second package and billed.
Called to send back and have refund. Told could only get discount and stop future shipments. Received third shipment.
Called again and told was no longer in trial period and could not return or it would just be returned to me and no refund. Told I did npt cancel but agreed to future shipments when I agreed to the discount. All untrue. No alternative was given other than discount and no future shipments.
That was obviously a lie as I keep receiving shipments and can't stop them from taking money from account unless I pay my bank a fee to stop payment and that is only for a 1 time deal. Must do every time Acai tries to get payment. Very costly. Don't know what to do to get them to stop or get all the money back they have stolen from me.
