Acai-aSlim Hidden fees with sample, continuous charge, phone number to straighten out NAtionwide
Here is the number to cancel your order of Acai-aSlim and get your money back!!! >>>>1.877.317.0189<<<<
My "experience" with Acai-aSlim:
I ordered the Acai-aSlim sample, not aware of the hidden fee that would be applied to my card. I found in the fine print that if the customer does not call and cancel the order within 15 days (I believe) of the order, an additional $79.95 will be charged to the account every 60 days for a new shipment.
When I realized this, 15 days had just barely passed so I had to accept the $79.95 fee. I called the number given, and thought I had cancelled my order as the man had told me. When you call in make sure and write down and save your confirmation number, because I did not, and 60 days later another $79.95 was charged to my account.
Furious, I started searching to find how to contact the main source. After uncovering many layers I finally got official number to call and cancel (877.317.0189). I called and wrote down and saved my confirmation number this time, as well as who I spoke with and their ID number.
I was told that my account will be refunded in 3 or 4 business days, and to keep the bottle so I won't have to pay for shipping and handling. I called back right after I got off the phone to confirm with another employee that my account had been cancelled.
Out of curiosity I asked the man if he had been receiving a lot of phone calls canceling the order. He tried to tell me that it depends on what you consider "a lot". Humorously, I continued mentioning how when I was trying to find contact information I found many postings saying it is a scam.
Now this is the humorous part; he said "Now, if I may, I'd like to make a comment. Disneyland - you can find people complaining about Disneyland on the web; there will always be people to complain". After all the searching and stress to get my money back, I was so done with the company. He had told me that my order had been cancelled and I just pleasantly said "Thank you".
It's just hard to believe he was trying to use Disneyland as an analogy for his companies scam. I wish you the best of luck in getting your money back!
