Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Originally called to get a $.99 sample of a weightloss program.  My wife found information on a web site that reported that people/companies like Oprah Winfrey, CNN endorse it (I'm still wondering if that is true).  Product was ordered and when we got a confirmation, there was no order number, contact info or anything on the confirmation.  We realized that this company was shady.  We then attempted to call the company to cancel the order.  We eventually got a hold of someone that assured us the order was cancelled.  We asked questions about the trial and realized that the trial was impossible to cancel.  It was a 15 day trial that starts the day is was ordered.  To cancel, you have to request a "RMA" that will be mailed to you between 5 to 10 business days.  Once you get the number, you then ship the product back.  The trial is cancelled after they receive the product back.  If you add the days above, you can't satisfy the "15 day trial".

The company then attempted to call us on average 10 times a day at all hours trying to pitch the product.  The couple of times we answered the phone, the explained that we cancelled our order.  The person we talked to confirmed it and that was that.

My wife checked the credit card statement and saw all charges adding up over $200 from 4 different companies in the last few days.  We called the credit card company and did a "halt payment" on all the transactions.  They suggested we call the company to resolve the dispute.  When calling, we were placed on automatic hold and then got hung up on.  We never talked to anyone.  We called 5 times.  During the phone calls, different poeples credit card numbers were being announced.  The phone system was obviously messed up.

When we heard the card numbers, we called our credit card company back and placed a fraud alert on our card.  When talking to them, two more charges from the "companies" came in.  Our credit card company placed a fraud lock on our account and the company is being placed under investigation.  Before we hung up with our credit card company, the company said that all the companies are from Sicily.  This is an obvious scam.
