I ordered one trial bottle of Acai-aSlim dietary supplements from this company after hearing about the Acaia Berry on Oprah. It was advertised as $4.95 on the web. It did not have anything about additional shipments automatically being charged and did not say you would be signed up for a weight help center called Fit-Fac. I don't even need to lose weight so I know I would not have ordered this with these restrictions. I was looking for a vitamin type supplement. My credit card was charged $4.95 and I did receive my bottle of supplements. Two weeks later my credit card was charged $79.95 and also $19.95 from the Fit-Fac. I have not received anything in the mail except for my one bottle. I called my credit card company and have disputed the charges, but I also called these two companies. They try to make you think you are stupid and didn't read the small print and you agreed to enter this program. Hogwash! My representative at the credit card company said she had just had 3 additional calls concerning the same scam. And that is what this is, exactly. The two companies said they would give me a credit and cancel my subscription. Excuse me, I never wanted a subscription. The lady at Acai-aSlim was very nice, the gentleman at Fit-Fac was rude. Please don't get hooked in to this scam.

I too was suckered into this 'Trial". I called 888-771-7029 & was hung up on like 5 times before the operator could finish their opening line. Then they proceeded to tell me that you have to cancel your subscription within 14 days after receiving your trail bottle. I never authorized a "Subscription". All I agreed to was the trial bottle. She kept saying that is was in the disclaimer. She said she would cancel my subscription but would not credit my account. She also gave me another number 866-407-1022 for the 29.95 charges.
