I signed my wife up for a 30-day free trial of Acai Berry. I received the product in the mail after paying the shipping fee ($5.95). My wife initiated the trial and now has constipation problems.
It's been less than 30 days and these people did not wait for us to decide whether we want to continue receiving the product. They have taken action and have debited my check card for $79.95.
I am very furious and feel like banging my head against the wall for being so stupid. Next time I will do take the time to do a little research.

i finally got through and talked to a live person about the scam. stop using the product immediately if you want to demand a refund. in my case, i told them my wife is experiencing constipation problems, which in fact is true, and immediately i was given an address where to send the remaining of the product, a cancelation confirmation number and a refund confirmation number. make sure to send it by registered mail with proof of receipt!!! san francisco, ca
