The website offers a 14 day free trial (acaiboost4free.com) with a credit card to pay shipping.  After signing up my girlfriend and using my credit card, i received a phone call that explained there would be a monthly charge if i decided i liked the product and claimed they were confirming the "free trial." 

I noticed within two days the pending charge of 39.95 to my credit card.  Of course i was upset, so i tried contacting the company to cancel the charges and the product entirely.

I received a call from another salesperson claiming that the first confirmation did not go through and she went through the motions of explaining how wonderful the product was and how i would start paying monthly if i decided i liked the product and even threw in an offer of a 4 day vacation to cancun, mexico.  i knew this was absurd but answered "yes" to get her to stop talking so i could explain my issue with the pending charge and that i hadnt received the product. 

Next thing i knew she was giving me a different number to call for customer disputes and the next day another charge, this time for 49.95, appeared on my credit card statement.  I am sure that anyone who doesnt check their statement often wouldnt have noticed for a while. 

I have since made several attempts at contacting them both by phone and online and they cancelled my account but said they could not refund the 2 charges.  it has even been less than 14 days since i originally ordered the product and still as fast as i caught it they would not assist me. 

I was given a cancellation number - 1825288 and even told that they could refund the charges if i returned the product and that it would ship as soon as possible.  this is very shaky, because the product should have already shipped if it was actually going to be shipped.  Now, all of a sudden, they want to expedite the shipping process.
