ACAIX 3 ACAIX3 COMPLETE RIPOFF - UNABLE TO CANCEL VIA PHONE - CHARGED MY CC $90.00 Provo Utah
I ordered on line what I thought was a free trail offer. After I entered my cc info is when I found out i would be charged $88.55 so I immediately began looking for a "Contact Us" section. The only thing I was able to do was an "On Line Chat" who I asked to cancel my order. She just kept saying I needed to contact the company when I asked for a phone number she refused to provide me with one. She did say I could send an email which I did on April 20....same day order was placed. I received my sample bottle but nothing after that. Again there was not a phone number or any information telling me how to cancel the order.
Today May 21st I received my cc statemet and sure enough I am being charged $88.55 and finally found a phone number only for them to tell me my 30 day free trail period is over and will not refund the money. They said they shipped a bottle out May 1st (which I have yet to receive) and had the nerve to ask me if I wanted another bottle. Uh......No I want my money back. Told them I contacting BBB and Ripoff report and they only they will tell them the same thing they told me. The only way to cancel an order is over the phone. My 30 free trail period is over and will not refund my money.
