Arrived broken Very poor product from China, Wood and workmanship substandard for price.
UPS will refund the company the "Declared value plus shipping costs" so they get the full sale price PLUS SHIPPING refunded.
When I told them I didn't want them to send me another (it is extremely over priced for what it is) the RUDE customer service person Christina informed me (over and over) "Our standard return policy states that if you return any products offered with free shipping then the actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund
UPS will refund them Declared value plus shipping costs, so they have their profit and don't have to deal with the defective cabinet AND they get the shipping money BACK from UPS.
Its not fair that I loose over $32.00 for this when they get all the money back plus the profit from the sale!

After I filed my report, and one with the BBB they backed off and fully refunded my money. :O)
