acceptance now rac @ electronics express mislead on contract, tullahoma Tennessee
Me and my wife went to Electronics Express in Tullahoma,Tn to purchase a television, upon browsing the store came across a sofa and a mattress. we wanted to pay cash for all, they mentioned they had financing, we questioned the financing which we were introduced to a misty from acceptance now located in the store and was told we are not like those rental places like rent a center or Aarons etc... we paid cash for mattress and agreed to finance the other merchandise, being told that we would have it paid off quickly. we were paying total of $1300 for merchandise. but demanded we purchase this insurance coverage for merchandise @$500. payments where high at about the 9th payment i questioned the balance assuming we were about finished and the amount never changed. i seized further payments, which lead to a conversation of being told only $10.00 goes toward the principal. that i need to pay which lead to a barage of harrassing calls as well calling my employer on weekends, and stated to them i am disputing there contract. we are now going to court date for trial is set
