Be advised that pursuant to the sales contract digitally signed at checkout we will bill you a $150 penalty if you in any way breach the sales contract as you threatened. This will result in a negative mark on your credit report, which will remain for 7 years even if later paid, and your credit score lowered 100 or more points, and/or denial of credit or possible cancellation of your existing card(s) as well as calls to your home, work, and/or cell phones. You agree to the following terms at checkout, providing a digital signature and forming a legally binding agreement as follows:
"You agree not to make any complaint, dispute, chargeback, public comment, Better Business Bureau complaint, or any complaint in any form, except binding arbitration....... Any breach of this arbitration agreement or of this sales contract will carry a $150 minimum penalty plus any and all related damages."

We will also blacklist your personal information in a database of potentially problematic/fraudulent customers shared by merchants worldwide. This will result in declined charges on all of your cards with your info attached to them, for the remainder of your life, if you try to use any card at any merchant who uses these databases.

We will enforce this agreement in full as necessary.

rthis is obviously the company itself responding. ..if a consumer purchases a product d doesnt recrive it then they get their money  back. The credit card has flagged it and refunded my money...for any company to threaten the consumer when they didnt deliver the goods is a Joke!!!

It pays to READ what you are agreeing to. Unfortunatly these types of problems are going to continue to happen as more and more SUPPOSEDLY intelligent consumers fall for the pretty picture they see on their monitor. There is an inherent flaw in online shopping and its a HUGE issue. It boils down to TRUST!!!!! YOU gave out more information to a WEBSITE then you would a perfect stranger if THEY asked for it. If they DID ask for it, YOU would probably call the cops. But since this is done from the safety of your home, YOU TRUST that the web site YOU are ordering from is going to indeed send EXACTLY what you ordered and its going to be the EXACT item as the picture YOU saw. Then add on top of it the usual "clickitis" that people do and it makes for a whole lot of a headache. I just want to point out to you that EACH instance of that contract breach is a fine and so far YOU have at least two if not more complaints out on the web. I give YOU fair warning. EVERYTHING you do is logged somehow and someway. You are not savy enough to hide your digital footprint. So IF they get a court order and execute it, THEY are going to take your computer and dig through it and FIND each and every instance of YOU breaching that contract. If you have a lawyer I would suggest that YOU contact them and ask what YOUR options are.
