I was shopping for make-up and saw an ad on Ebay with a big discount on Naked palettes. Being a big fan of Urban Decay Naked palettes I thought it was a bargain: Naked original for just $26.95! I studied the description and read the reviews and all looked pretty legit. No negative reviews, the description does not say if it's an imitation, and reviews say that it's a real thing and how everyone is happy to get the palette for half price (it is $54.00 + tax in Sephora or ULTA).

So I decided to give it a try and ordered. I have seen and owned a lot of Naked palettes in my lfe and what I got from Accessory bargains was totally fake from the first look. The box was cheaply made and there was a piece of transparent plastic instead of the mirror. Half baked color that is bright gold in the original palette was dark orange. Naked palettes are high quality eye shadows but what I got was like a cheap kid's make-up kit that is $5 in Walmart.

I was very frustrated and soon after my purchase I received an email to leave a feedback. So I wrote a feedback saying that I received counterfeit product and administration MUST specify in the description that this is not an authentic palette but just an imitation. My feedback has never been posted.

I asked for a refund and got an email with a link to their Return policy. No sorry, no nothing, just the link. In their return policy it says that they DO NOT issue any refunds but only store credit and if you decide to return it, you pay for the shipping. When they issue store credit, its what you paid minus shipping costs. So since I paid $26.95 + $5.99 for shipping, they will give me a store credit for just $26.95 and I have to pay $6.00 from my pocket to ship it back. Looks like too much work to get a store credit at the store you don't wanna buy anything EVER.

I saw some complaints after I bought it on Yahoo! where people were saying they got counterfeit products and did not get a refund, but it was too late. I should have looked more thoroughly. I strongly believe that every single online retailer who sells fake stuff and scams people must be in the RipOff report. Maybe this is the only way to make the internet a safe shopping place.
