Accessory Bargains Sold Fake Beauty Products Brooklyn New York 11217
I purchased Urban Decay Pallete 3, Benefit Mascara, MAC Cosmetic eyeliner for my daughter and granddaughter for Christmas, never entered my mind they would be fake. After gifting these items to my daughter and granddaughter I was told they were fake. I also contacted Urban Decay customer service ad I was told they do not sell thru Acessory Bargains and the palllete was fake. Upon reading an article on FACEBOOK published by Fox News, it was confirmed the items were in fact fake. I am out ~$60 which I could not afford to lose as I have been out of work for 1-1/2 yrs due to a bad back. So if there is any agency out there that can help me get my money refunded, I would appreciate any help to recover my money,
I have requested to return items and get my credit card credited for the purchase, but they only offer exchange or store credit, I told them I do not want a store credit as I will never buy from them again and an exchange for OTHER FAKE products is totally out of the question. I have not heard a word from this compnay, my next step will be to get in touch with my credit card company and resolve the issue.
