I placed my order on 12/21 with expedited shipping and was notified the shipping label was created on 12/23.  on Accessory Bargains website they advised the product was shipped.  Today, 01/12/15, I contacted the post office who informed me they are waiting for the company to give them the package to send.  They don't have a customer service number and send a generic email response with no customer service representative's name. I have sent in an additional 2 emails that have yet to be responded to. Think it's time to report to the BBB and the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center.

 I too filed a complaint with the BBB when I did not receive a package...finally yesterday I did receive it after complaining to the BBB  (I had placed an order on 12/16). Well the item appears to be counterfeit so will be filing a complaint with the FBI Internet Crime unit as well. I encourage anyone who is reading these complaints to contact as many agencies as possible to have this site shut down. Do not beleive ANYTHING this company tells you. I was told that shipping info wouldn't update until close to the delivery date which the post office told me was completely untrue.
