This company was THE WORST!
They overcharged us for everything they did and the employee was super rude! He was rude as hell and he had an attitude. Did not he realize that I am paying his salary?
Not to mention the fact that not only did they not fix the problem at all, but they actually screwed up our entire plumbing system, breaking our main line, and left without apologizing.
Later on these rates attempted to charge us $7,000 more to fix the problem that THEY CREATED themselves! We talked to the owner Jonathan and he apolgized but he still tried to get us to paid to fix the problem his employees created.
We then called another plumber and he basically said that they were robbing us and that the problem should only cost $1,000. Even to fix the problem they created they were charging us 700% more!
Needless to say, we will never be using Ace Plumbing and Rooter again and I recommend that everyone else do the same. I also recommend people to lock their cars when the owner Jonathan Millington is around because he spent time in jail for grand auto theft.
