I saw an ad on Instagram for a Portable Power Bank Charger with 4 Mini Magnetic Charger. I thought the deal was too good to pass up (which should have been a first red flag), so I purchased a set for myself and my husband. I made the order on July 24, 2018. After making my purchase, I received a text message thanking me for my purchase and letting me know that I would be notified once my order shipped. I never received an email (second red flag). On August 1, 2018, I received another text message notifying me that my order had shippped. About a week later, I tried to click on the link to see an updated tracking and the link would not work. I didn’t think anything of it, until I received my package this evening (August 28, 2018), which is not at all what I paid for. Instead of receiving the pack of 4 mini chargers and charging bank, I opened my package to find 2 mini chargers, 2 charging cords, and 2 mini ziplock bags, and also the wrong charger for my husband’s phone. I went back to my email to double check for an email from the company and I have nothing, only the text messages and a bank statement showing that my account was charged.
