Found this E-Mail that offered ways of making money on google with a free informational CD, just $2.95 covers shipping and handling so I purchased it . Several weeks pass and still no CD. I recently checked my bank balance and found that someone calling themselves Raven Media had taken $29.95 from my account.I did a little research and was ONLY! able to find contact information for this company on the Ripoff Report web page.I contacted Raven Medias "customer support" number and got one of the clowns from this circus on the line.He told me that their disclaimer fully explains that in X-amount of days if we don't here from you, we will continue to deduct $29.95 from your account based on your continued use of our product unless you cancel. I said, Cancel what?, I've never received or viewed a product from you people that I could make an informed decision about. Apparently this particular clown did not speak english however he did come to realize that I was quite upset. Although I have not received a confirmation on this, the clown did say they would review this complaint and notify me via e-mail. Mean while, they still have my banking info....freakin scarry

First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Bartie. There are no commitments with the free product. There is a bonus free trial period to the membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the confirmation email. You can also see that it is disclosed in the Terms and Conditions of the offer. The trial period is free for 14 days, the reason we do this is because we want our customer's to have the opportunity to utilize our service and to evaluate the value for themselves. We would not have charged Bartie had he canceled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer. You may cancel your service by contacting customer service at 866-396-5695 Monday-Friday 9 am 9 pm Eastern time. If you are another customer reading this and you feel we have failed you in some way, please contact me directly on my cell phone at 435-773-1795 or via email at [email protected] and I will be happy to address your concerns ASAP. Sincerely, Ryan R.
