Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

ACN advertises unlimited opportunity but doesn't deliver.  They get you to sign up all your friends and family for cellphone, telephone, television plans that you would be better off getting directly from the provider.

They re-sell the same plans, slightly more expensive, than direct providers like sprint, ATT, Direct TV, Verizon.  It is a total ripoff in which you sign up and actually pay slightly more in the hopes that you'll get compensated from ACN.  Nine months later and no checks from ACN, even after signing up other people and meeting all my goals as set forth by ACN.

The only one getting paid is ACN!

To make matters worse, the cell phone I got through them needed repair and the insurance plan doesn't replace the phone (like most NORMAL/HONEST companies).  I have to ship the phone to an independent company to get it fixed, going without phone for almost a week.

Save yourself a HUGE headache and steer clear of this company, they are a bunch of scammers that make money off of empty promises and poor results.  Try calling their "support" lines to get answers about their products.  You'll see.

Don't submit your friends and family to ACN.  They'll never look at you the same way again!

ACN is not what it seems.

Let's get a few things clear.

First, the video phone.  The phone itself costs over $200 once you add in extra fees and will add additional cost to your phone bill.  Also, what they don't tell you is that the video phone cannot be hooked up in all areas.

This is a very expensive alternative to webcam and internet options that do the exact same thing.  Go to a yard sale and buy an 8-track if you want to spend money on obsolete technology, but don't drop 200 bucks on a phone for your house.

As for everything else, ACN is just a wholesaler.

CELL PHONES You'll get same AT&T plan from AT&T.  The main difference is you'll save money with AT&T because they won't CHARGE you to ship phones like ACN.  Also the insurance plan is MUCH better.  Their insurance plan on cellphones requires you to mail phone to them where they fix it.  The entire process takes about 3 weeks.  WOW!!!

DIRECT TV Call Direct TV DIRECTLY, ACN doesn't have a special plan.

ACN actually discourages you from "investigating" the difference in their pricing and direct pricing because there is NO SAVINGS.

Why don't you tell the good folks what your meetings are like?  I've never seen such blatant groupthink and peer pressure exerted on a meeting to get people to attend national company meetings or buy promotional material.

If you are going to respond, come with FACTS.  Explain the pricing.  Explain the cell phone insurance.  Don't bring the same old-tired "I'm makin' mad money"bull that everyone in ACN says.  The only check I ever saw was for a few hundred dollars, from ANYONE.

It's always a friend of a friend that is really successful isn't it?

ACN is a great company if you enjoy taking advantage of others and pressuring your family into "helping you out".

Do you guys still use Michael Jordan as a reference for everything good?

Unfortunately, Michael had to write this report to justify why he failed with ACN and why HE, NOT ACN, did a poor job of servicing his family.  Instead of just accepting his failure, he had to make the company look bad.

The ACN system IS an incredible franchise opportunity that I am glad I found.  To be successful with any franchise, you have to follow the system.

ACN offers incredible products and services from all of the major wireless carriers, satellite TV, and home security companies in addition to their own video phone; which is the #1 video phone in the world.

As an Independent Representative, Michael can resell services to his warm market.  ACN sells the EXACT same plans that the carriers offer at the EXACT same prices.  Where ACN is competitive, is with their cell phone equipment.  About 90% of the time ACN will be less expensive on the phone and in many cases they are free.  Do the research for yourself at www.myacn.com and click on wireless and then Shop Now.  Then go directly to the store and see if you can find a better deal.  I highly doubt this will happen often.

Why would Michael even order a service for a family member if it was higher than what they could get from a carrier?  Sounds like you did a disservice Michael.  I think you just didn't follow the training system and unfortunately failed.  Those of us that follow the system; love it!

Michael's comment about "meeting all his goals" and not receiving any checks after nine months is completely ridiculous.  What kind of goals did you have?  I have been a rep for 7-moths and have received every single check I have expected and I am about 60-days from making the same kind of monthly income it took me to build up to owning my own software company for 25-years.

ACN is the real deal, but it is not for everyone.  People with integrity, a great work ethic, like to work with people, and have a desire to earn great money with residual income should check ACN out.  Take advice from people that are where you want to be financially, not from someone that is a failure.

RippOff Reports should check these things out before posting them.  It is absolutely ridiculous to allow someone to post an unfounded report such as the one Michael submitted.

Why not hire an attorney to fight your battle with ACN instead of using the Internet to post unfounded stories?
