ACS Legal dept loren green being scammed right now!!!!! California
Im currently being harrassed by ACS legal dept. for a payday loan i had taken out 7 yrs ago and first it started with a threatning call tell me to go to a wal-mart and get a green dot card i blew them off then i got many messages tell ing me the were coming out to serve me with court papers being charged with fraud of a banking institution today i heard a message telling me lauren green sounded like a mean black woman well apparently there coming out to find me tomarrow to be taking into custody till court well i have never received any type of paper work on this issue and pretty sure they have no clue were i live since they had asked if i was still living at a certain address and i said no but today i was real worried about what if this was real well im glad i found so many of the same type of scams of going on and not only to me i dont know where they are located and through my research i had found out there's a statute of limitation of 4 yrs. in california over this type of debt be carefull all!!! and im so glad i found this great site to let me know about the scam and atleast gave me a piece of mind ...
