Active Appliance, Inc. Active Appliance Incorrectly reported repairs to the insurance company Internet, California
Active Appliance was assigned to repair my cook top my American Home Shield. They can three times for the same issue and on the second time beat a valve on the stove with a hammer to keep it open as they told me this was a normal type of repair. On the third attempt to repair the stove I was told that the parts do not exist and the stove could not be repaired. I have since check with other companies and this is not the case. They then reported to the insurance company that my pilot light was out and have refused to repair the stove or refund my service fee.
