cant find any pros in the co and its owners...everyone is a big fake over here
Cons
dont pay for 3-4 months at a stretch
pay with cheque which bounce
no ethics
no integrity
no core values
worst management
no adherence to govt norms
Advice to Management
please if u have any humanity left out....shut this place

you learn how to tackle senior management with no real business sense ( Actually no virtual business sense also)- "Zero Intellect" Management Skills
When you ask for salary after four months- you can get fired or promoted to senior positions ( your bad luck) - Personal Growth Management Skills
You can learn how to tackle vendors when their cheque bounces- People Manipulation Skills
Cons
THEIR USPs-They claim that they have employees from Wharton Business School, London Business School- Excuse me- A two week course does not make somebody an ALUMNUS
Their SUCCESS MANTRA- Hire from big colleges, use them to increase company valuation, use them for specific time period and fire them before paying them salary
SIMPLISTIC VISION- let see, you start with consulting, then you do staff Augmentation then you look for RPO and BPO then healthcare app URI LIFE, then some random logistic portal, ohh...i forgot ACURA learning. WAY TO GO

In line with country's Vision around Employment and Employability- PLEASE CLOSE ACURA CONSULTING, URI LIFE, ACURA LEARNING and many more you have in your mind

Pros
There is nothing good about this organization other than the employees that have joined this organization and became fools.
Cons
No proper work definition.
No Salaries on time. (Had to leave 2 month's salary).
No growth.
No work culture.
Previous good comments have been added on Glassdoor are from the Management only as there is nothing good about this organization.
Management continuously lies about salary and work they are going to get for employees.
Director and co founder proudly lie about anything and everything possible, including their past organizations.
Advice to Management
Clear employee's salary issues, bring some clients and then expect great hard work from the employees. No one can start changing their fields because fist you thought you might have work for us and then you found out that you don't.
