Adalberto L. Mejia deadbeat dad, emotionally, physically & financially abandoned his 15 month old baby girl ripoff Rock Island Illinois
Adalberto Mejia is a 43 yr old Mexican American male who speaks both Spainish and English. He allso goes by Alberto, Albert, Bert and the Spainish name that means whiteboy. We were together for 2 and a half years in Alabama during this time we had a baby girl. He was a good father to Alanah, was there thru the whole pregnancy. Went to some doc. visit's, attended baby's birth.He helped pay the bill's, had her covered on his insurance.He also had 3 other kids in Illinois whom he payed child support to.
Adalberto just up and dissapeared one Sat (June 7, 2003) while I was at work. His mom had died the month earlier and he didn't handle this well. He has moved back and forth between Illinois and Texas. He does not willingly give me any information on his where about's or job. He has not contacted our little girl since he left. No call's to her, no card's and no gift's.
He is $12,691.88 in arears on child support to our 3yr old daughter , not including medical bill's , since he refuses to cover her on his insurance, attorney fee's. He is no longer paying support for his other 3 kids either. If anyone know's where he is working or has any information on him please let me know. thanks

I was with this lady for a short time, she became pregnant deliberately thinking that would make me stay with her, well I was in Illinois helping my father after my mother's death she went and filed a false divorce stating we were common law married which was a lie. I have insurance and I also pay child support on S.A.M. y other children are grown and my child support is current on them.
