Adam Castellanos Aka Imperial Collection Services Aka Money Store Aka Homeq And William C. Boyd,Attorney ripoff consumer rip-off fraud San Francisco California
Adam Castellanos of Imperial Collection Services allegedly servicing Money Store (closed company) loans. Money Store is now Homeq.
It appears as if Adam and a friend of his in the Collection Department of Money Store are prepetrating Fraud by Ripping off the Money Store / Homeq as well as the Money Store clients. Adams friend in Money Store is Kenny Wendall and they have and are successfully just before getting paid on a collection, purchasing the note from HOMEQ and then taking all the MONEY.
Problem is that when the foreclose or file papers they have made the mistake to do it still under the name of Money Store / Homeq. OOOOPPPPPS Isnt it illegal to act on behalf of a company that no longer owns a note ?
I found at least four federal Felony problems associated with this type of fraud. Be careful of any offers from this group on behalf of Money Store. Money Store / Homeq actually has NO IDEA about how they and their clients are being harrassed and fraudulently ripped off.
Having an in with Money Store Collections Kenny Wendall, he has access to make Money Store / Homeq think all is fine. Actually these guys are splitting all the proceeds of any collections that Money Store may have been owed or collected on. Worse they are doing it at the expense of the consumer the clients. Make sure you go through Title companies on any deals and call HOMEQ (not Kenny Wendall) to make sure your account is cleared. Ours still isnt and we paid.
