Adam Charles - AC's Dream Team Construction Construction Job Rip Off Denton Texas
I too fell victim of AC's Dream Team. On June 15th 2007, I gave Adam a check for $1500 as down payment to build a fence. Late in September, he did tare down my old fence (much of it had already fallen down), and hauled it to the curb for the city to take away. That's all of the work I got.
I have contacted him several times between June 15th and the present, and always got an excuse. In December he promised me a refund by the end of January 2008. I have still not gotten anything. I did file a report with the BBB, and in his reply said that he would get me a refund by the end of March. This is how it's been for the last 9 months. He keeps pushing back the date of any action.
Adam, if you give me a full refund by 2/29/08, I will be happy to file a follow-up report. I will not, however, retract any part of the above statement, as it is all simple fact.

First off let me start by saying If there was any truth in any of these accusations from a ex employee from Middletown than give your name or is this one of the many that share in the misery I once was so caught up in (my Ex), Once again if any one feels they were ripped off or taken advantage of and is willing to give real names and information that proves otherwise than you no how to contact me , and as far as looking into my company go for it you are wasting your time there is or has never been any charges filed against me that werent resolved or found innocent of. So please get a divorce or a life or whatever it is you need to do but please leave me out of it i did my time and moved on ,Is life so bad that your only friends in New Jersey are people that share the same common bond (My Ex) get over it and find something else to do.....

Please read other reports by doing a search on this company and more information will come up. This is just an on going thing that goes back to New Jersey, where it all starts. Please do your homework before doing business with people like this.

I have been in contact with this person numerous times after the complaint filed with the BBB on my company , I responded to them and made arraingements with him resolving the matter the case was than closed and marked resolved and now he decides to posts this on here , make up your mind , Respectfully Yours Adam Any persons doubting this can contact the BBB and find out for your self , Also while your at it contact the attorney General and they will also give you info on complaints made against my company there are none
