Wow!!! Adam Charles has the nerve to post this on Ripoff report after scamming me out of $7,000.00. Let me give you a list of work he had done:- 1) Partially removed cabinets, From the get go these were supposed to be stored in the Greenhouse but he kept them in the garage and later moved them when asked. 2) Removed appliances. he was supposed to donate them to Habitat for Humanity on my behalf and get us a receipt. He later dropped the sub zero fridge back (broken) and never gave back the cooktop, oven and microwave saying that they fell off his trailer and broke!! 3) Removed a small strip of hardwood flooring. The rest was done by the cabinet guy. 4) Did a little bit of plumbing work in the kitchen. Ver messy and wrong. I have pictures to prove that. Had to be redone. 5) Framed a wall and all crooked. It had to be redone. 6) There is no way he had completed half the work. The people I hired after him were much more expensive. I hired a plumbing company and an electric company. I never hired the cabinet maker do to other work. It was one of his helpers who saw the predicament I had been put in by Adam and offered to do the job. He wasn't cheap by any measure. Infact this whole project has costed me more than double of what I had budgetted. I never used any of Adam's discounts. In short - Mr Adam Charles is the LIAR and untruthful. His Karma will come back to him. He is always threatening to file liens and post derogatory stuff on you. Please save your hard earned money and do not hire him. Doesn't matter if you believe me or not. What happens to you after you hire him is not my problem. Keith, I'm sorry your name came here but Adam Charles did not give me a choice. Adam, don't waste your time here. Let's fight this in court.

sam forgot to tell you all the details read the follow up we in fact worked and completed more than half the job and had 11 days to finish the contracted job and he had a cheaper contractor finish what i started , He is a con artist and a liar

Let me start by saying I have not ran off I am here and will continue to be here my address is listed on this site if you cant find it it is (((ROR redacted))) If anybody has a problem or complaint I would be glad to take care of it as long as it is a valid and truthful complaint, So first yes I was hired to remodel Sam from Colleyville's Kitchen upon going into a contract with Sam spent many hours running around and extending him discounts from my venders to him and his family second the quote I gave Sam was for labor only he was to provide all the major materials for the remodel project, so with that being said there were many trips to Sam's house after hours on my dime many trips to vendors weekends and Sundays on my dime. I also provided him with the contractors that are currently in contract to build the cabinets and 2 different counter top contractors only to have the second one come in with a quote substantially cheaper witch he was also hired as well, for the construction part of the job I and a helper went in and did a full demo on the kitchen removed all the counters and cabinets disconnected all the appliances hardware, removed everything so that we can use all the cabinetry and counters in the outside kitchen we were to do at a later time as a separate project, (so it wasn't a rip and tear job) Secondly Sam had us move the cabinetry several different places on the property for storage because they were in the way of other contractors doing work, When finished we removed and discarded a 16ft. trailer full of debris from the demo and hauled it off to the reclamation center to be discarded, than we removed hardwood flooring were the cabinet contractor needed to frame out cabinets , only to keep production going we than moved and re framed out a wall in his kitchen and opened up and removed the top half of the wall as agreed on and yes I did have a couple of personal days Monday Tuesday and Wednesday I came down with a cold and was in contact with Sam the whole time via email, on a daily basis I was planning on returning to the job Wednesday, as of Wednesday I had 12 days to finish the contracted work I was hired to do during this time Sam never mentioned there was any issues or problems only to find out he had replaced me that Monday with my Cabinet guy and never gave me the opportunity to make any issues he might have had right or address any issues he might have had, 12 days is more that a sufficient amount of time to do the necessary work, and may I add I take pride in my work and do not except from me or anybody working for me substandard workmanship if there is ever a issue that is brought up to me it gets fixed or resolved immediately, to get back to being terminated from the job Sam asked me not to come back on the 19th of march and we had a agreed on contract with the due date of the 30th so with that being said I had 12 days left when I was asked not to come back , never did Sam mention that there were problems because there wasn't Sam had gotten a proposition from the cabinet contractor to do the work cheaper and ran with it, which is fine and his choice but we had a binding contract that he was and is in breach of so I am being forced to do what I have to do he is requesting I return 100 percent of his money when I have completed a full demo and partially completed construction and also discard all debris my time is money as well and need to be paid lawfully I am entitled to get the remainder of the money that is owed to me , no I am being harassed and bothered and threatened and will not stand for it, I spoke to Sam the day he posted his complaint here not knowing he posted this and was willing to sit down and come to a amicable solution as Sam's requested but 6 hours prior to Sam calling me and requesting that we sit down to come to this amicable solution he posted this , when I asked Sam why he did this he said to get some response out of me and that Keith Devoe had advised him of this and of other information regarding me and my former company, For the record Keith Devoe and I and his partner Ben Dao of California sat down and came to a solution for work for me to complete on the property that I was originally hired to work on and I completed that and more just because I wanted to do the right thing with them and they agreed they would not have any contact with any of my customers and clients Only to find out from Sam he personally spoke with him and Keith is still giving out information on me and my company, my personal information was posted on the internet, I had vandalism done to my van documented with the Denton PD, I was in fear for my kids life , b but non the less we made a agreement and I stuck to my end of the deal but he didn't......I will say it again anybody here that thinks they have validity in a complaint contact me not Sam or Keith or whoever and I would work whatever the problem is out, if for some reason we couldn't than I could see you going else wear... I forgot to mention the third day on the job I was running 1 hour late because I was at a vender setting up a account so Sam would benefit the discount t I would receive on the travertine tile he was purchasing when Sam called me and I couldn't get to the phone so he called the bank and put a stop payment on the funds only to have to reverse it 1 hour later when I showed at his residence, Sam called my phone after hours and anytime I would be away from his residence non stop at least 25 times a day after me being there to work this was after hours , I also want for the record Sam hired Adam Charles not any body or any other company I never misrepresented my self as a company or team of any kind, the payments were also made personally to me yet he has listed names of companies that aren't even mine in this post.
