601 Cleveland St also in Clearwater, FL which I heard got closed for one day or a few days by the authorities who are investigating him.

They may say they have nothing to do with those other companies but they are just giving you the run around.
It's best to just call all those agencies I listed. This will also help in their investigations of him and others and bring them to justice. And if Adam Shorr is a co-owner of ez1rate.com then that means that that company is affiliated with all these other companies by virtue of Adam Shorr being so.
