If you are so concerned about your Grandfather's ability to pay for this, then why in the hell did your family ENABLE this "elderly" and "low income" man??? Your exact words: "All the family piched in and gave him enough money for a down payment." And by the way, its "PITCHED". Did you ever hear of the term "interest"? That is apparently the difference between the 39k and 48.88k. So, where's the scam? WHERE'S THE SCAM???
Speaking of the word "where"...
Where do you people come from who blame everybody else for the problems YOU CAUSE?
Your family enabled this by providing down payment money. Your family caused this!

Let me get this straight. You are Elderly and Low Income? How can a "low income" person afford to buy a $40,000 pick up on credit? Oh that's right, Granny kicked the bucket and you used her social security check for a down payment on a truck you can't afford and don't need. How is this a ripoff? You are the ripoff for spending money you don't have on some stupid thing like a truck. I bet you have a very small weiner too.
