Addict Gear Via Shopify.com Booked the Order for Vibram Furoshi shoes as they had advertised on Instagram,got payment of USD 103.95 and confirmed the same by email as Order No.30276 on 15th July, to be despatched within 5 business days. No intimation or response to emails after that! Bangalore, Karnataka State, India Internet
Was lured to the product as I have used Vibram Footwear before and felt that this new product was authentic. They had a good offer with free shipping, which I assumed would cover India too. Thier website did not deny that during the Order Booking process. Would like Instagram to confirm that they got paid by these guys and also that before they put out such ads, the Better Business Bureau should mandate that they verify the credentials of the Company in terms of their ability to deliver what they are advertising. Do feel cheated and let down, would like to alert other folk.
