My first encounter with the apartment rental team was very pleasant. They were helpful and answered all my questions. I decided to rent the apartment. It cost me 500.00 in fees and another 3,500 down the day I signed the lease. The next morning I decided against the rental. I went back less than 24 hours after I signed the lease asking to get out of the lease. I didn't want any of the 3,500 I put down. They wanted another 7,000 to break the lease. That would be 10,500 for less than 24 hours. The next day they rented the apartment. They made 3,500 for less than 24 hours and now want another another 7,000. I just hope nobody else has to go through this...stay away!!!!
