I have done business with A'deas Printing and they have always acted in a very professional manner. I highly recommend doing business with this company if you are considering it. They will take excellent care of you, Robin is very good to work with!!

So you're excusing the owners bad attitude and cussing at a customer? No sweetie, there is absolutely no excuse for that. You can claim to have all of the satisfied customers in the world but that doesn't excuse the owners attitude. A more professional approach would have been to write a rebuttal apologizing for his attitude, not trying to shift blame back and forth. I was VERY cool during the entire time. I never became irate and I handled myself as a professional and a gentleman the entire time. I am still shocked he would speak like that in front of a lady and even worse HIS OWN DAUGHTER. No. There is no excuse at all. Even if I did become "irate" as you say that is no excuse to use profanity and speak to a customer in that fashion. The customer is always right. Even when you know they are completely wrong. That is how I've succeeded in business.

We have too many satisfied customers we are currently serving to use much time refuting all of these fabricated statements. It is an unfortunate fact of business that not all customers can be satisfied, nor can the protests of some be believed. Our customer base, highly respected reputation and constant thank you letters from customers speak for themselves. Chris is neglecting to mention in his rather lengthy letter that he constantly changed his pre-made design (3 times in less than 24 hours and 5 times total over the period of 4 days) and would not provide written proof approval by email or fax which is our policy before printing any print order we receive. Our standard terms, explained in detail within the estimate Chris approved, are to ship 5-10 business days after final proof approval. His constant changes and unwillingness to approve a proof made it impossible to process his job with the deadline he required which was always stated to me as ASAP and no specific date. The final change he requested was on a Friday afternoon and he wanted his mail to be delivered by the USPS to customers homes the following Monday, only 2 1/2 days later. When I explained to Chris that due to the delays in which he caused, his in-home date could not be met, he became extremely irritated and demanded a full refund of his payment. I refunded his payment immediately the same day it was requested. We had already purchased a mailing list for him and the office staff as well as our prepress / design and management staff had spent time processing and re-processing the several creative files he had supplied which was all a total loss to our company. Other printers may want to beware of the carpet cleaner from Dallas least they, too, be taken to the cleaners.
