Dear Joe, We are sorry to hear about your concerns. Nowhere on our web site does it say a "free sample". In fact it does state a "10 day free trial" which refers to a period of time. When you placed the order you had also checked a box stating that you have read and understand how our offer works. We are sorry if you did not read or understand what was presented to you but you did check that box stating that you did understand how it works. Again our offer states that it is a 10 day trial and after the 10 days if the account is not canceled you would be charged for the 30 day full supply that was mailed to you and be automatically entered into our monthly program. This information was also emailed to you after the order was placed and supplied with your shipment. Yes we do have our offices in Colorado (where our customer service center is) and in California and are registered to do business in both of those states. Yes we do sell multiple products and you are more than welcome to look us up as we are a public company. As for your refund, we had issued you a refund before your letters to the various companies. We work very closely with the BBB, AG offices, and the FTC and handle every case with care. When we were notified that you filed the complaints with them we simply let them know that the account was already fully refunded.
