Adobe.com processed my payment for their create pdf service. They charged my card and after multiple calls and multiple transfers all they could say it we don't know what to do when cannot help you. You will just have to figure something out. I would not recommend anyone subcribe to their service. They even had the nerve to send my a customer survey. Of course would not respond to that.
