I tried to return unopen product less than 24 hours after purchase and we were refused. We were lured into Adore in Miami at the Lincoln Road Shopping Mall on Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015 while on vacation. We were told we they wanted to give us free samples and after almost an hour of aggressive sales tactics we fell prey and purchased the collagen mask for $699.95. We were offered two free facials with this purchase if we came back the following day Dec. 6. We did return and after another hard core sales pitch I began to feel very uneasy and while the "promotor, Giorgio stepped out of the treatment room, I began to search the Internet to find out more about this company. I was shocked and very upset at what I was reading. 13 sites with complains of scam and fraud. We immediately left and told them we were not interested in any additional products. I continued to do research to read hundreds of online testimonials that their products don't really work.  I called the number the "promoter" gave me and it was not a working number, so I called the store and spoke to the manager. He told me that there were NO refunds. I explained that we had literally just made the purchase and that the product had not been opened. He hung up on me. All we want is our money back and we are happy to return the product to them immediately.  I have contacted the Florida States Attorney's office and they did try to help me and recommended that anyone impacted by this fraud contact the States Attorney where the offense occured. My credit card company did reversed the charge.

 Same horrible experience. My credit card company will not reverse the charges since I signed the sales receipt. How did you persuade your credit card company to reverse the charges? I would like to sign up with the same company. Visa is no help. When I cancelled and returned the unopened product, I was threatened. When I returned the product unopened, they refused the products. When I called the manager for a refund, he said bull sh** and verbally attacked me. Their products violate the FDA guidelines and laws. No USA address. Absurd claims. Outrageous prices. When I post warnings to others, these crooks complain to YELP who then removes the reviews. This happened to a friend of mine as well. RUN from these guys. DON'T buy anything from them. Your credit card company is the only one I heard of that reversed the charges and protected the customer.
